The Turning Point

Like many women, I spent years battling with my body. Managing PCOS and endometriosis meant navigating a healthcare system that often dismissed my concerns and offered one-size-fits-all solutions that never quite fit.

I tried every diet, followed every program, and pushed myself through countless workouts—all while feeling like I was constantly failing. The weight struggle felt like a character flaw, not a symptom of deeper imbalances.

The turning point came when I stopped asking "What's wrong with me?" and started asking "What does my body need?" That shift in perspective changed everything. I began to see health not as a destination to reach through willpower, but as a relationship to nurture through understanding and compassion.

This experience became the foundation of The Health Autonomy Method™—an approach that honors individual needs, builds sustainable habits, and ultimately returns the power of health decisions back to you.
