Our 1:1 Health Autonomy Coaching Program is a personalized 12-week coaching experience designed to help you break free from inherited patterns, chronic dieting cycles, and dependence on external programs. 12-Week Private Coaching Program

Your coaching experience includes:

  • Sessions conducted via Zoom or telephone

  • Direct email support throughout the entire program

  • Access to ongoing educational resources and updates

Investment
  • $125 per session

  • $1,500 for the full 12-week coaching program
